Pro Tips & Delicious Variations
- This is a great two-person recipe. As one person cuts the Zucchini, the other can assemble the breading station. One person can dip the Zucchini in the egg while the other coats it in the Panko mix- this helps avoid the ‘breading claw’! Kids have a lot of fun with this recipe, and it’s a great way to show that not all ‘fries’ have to be greasy, fried potatos!
- This also works well when making Zucchini Chips- just adjust the cooking time.
