Pro Tips & Delicious Variations
- Don’t be thrown off by the lack of an oily, sugary, sticky abundance of sauce. This has a lot less of all, but packs a ton of flavor.
- Make a complete meal by serving with a fresh garden salad with ginger dressing.
- This dish is best served immediately, as the tofu/cornstarch gets gummy when left too long.
- A mini-prep food processor is a great way to mince the garlic and ginger- just chop the ginger and throw in the peeled garlic and whirl away!
